# How to Change the Email Address on Your Savvy Navvy Account

While you can't directly edit your email address in the app, it’s easy to switch to a new one by creating a new account and transferring your subscription. Here’s how:

###### 1 - Create a New Account

Sign up for a new Savvy Navvy account using your new email address.
You can do this in the app or on our website — just make sure you complete the signup process.


###### 2 - Contact Customer Support 

Once your new account is set up, contact our support team via **in-app chat** or email at [**ahoy@savvy-navvy.com**]().
Please include:

* The **current email address** on your existing account
* The **new email address** you just registered


###### 3 - We’ll Transfer Your Subscription

Our team will move your subscription from the old account to the new one. This ensures your plan stays active and no features are lost. You don’t need to take any further action — we’ll handle the transfer for you.


###### 4 - Log In with Your New Email

Once the transfer is confirmed, log into the Savvy Navvy app with your new email address. Your subscription and features will already be active.
