# How to Request a Refund from Google Play

If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play Store, refunds are handled directly by Google.


## **Request a refund from Google**


You can submit a refund request using Google’s official form:

### **Steps:**

1. Go to the [refund request page](https://support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9813244) 
2. Sign in with the Google account used for the purchase
3. Select the order you want a refund for
4. Choose the reason for your request
5. Submit the form


Google will review your request and email you with their decision.

Refund eligibility depends on factors like:

* How long ago the purchase was made
* The type of subscription
* Your location
