# How to Request a Refund from the Apple App Store

If you subscribed to Savvy Navvy through the Apple App Store and need a refund — for example, due to an accidental purchase or change of plans — you’ll need to request it **directly through Apple**. Because Apple manages all billing and payments for App Store subscriptions, we’re unable to process refunds ourselves (as much as we’d love to help directly).

---

## Before You Start:

* **Apple’s policy:** Refunds are usually considered within **90 days of purchase** and for certain reasons only.
* **Apple ID:** Make sure you can log in to the Apple ID used for the purchase.
* **Apple-only process:** These steps apply **only** to subscriptions bought via the Apple App Store.

## Steps to Request a Refund:

1. **Go to Apple’s refund page:** reportaproblem.apple.com
2. **Sign in** with the Apple ID you used for your Savvy Navvy purchase.
3. **Find your purchase** in the list and select it.
4. **Choose a reason** for your request (e.g., “I didn’t intend to purchase this”).
5. **Add a brief explanation** if prompted.
6. **Submit** your request.

Apple will review your case and usually responds by email. They may request more details before making a decision.

---

💡 **Tip:** Be clear and honest in your explanation — it helps Apple assess your request quickly.
