# How to Reset Your Savvy Navvy Password

Forgot your password? No problem — resetting it is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below to get back into your account.

### 1 - Go to the Password Reset Page

Tap this link or scan the below QR code to go to the Password Reset page.
You'll see a field where you can enter your email.

### 2 - Enter Your Email

Type in the **email address linked to your Savvy Navvy account** and tap **Reset Password**. We’ll send you a secret code to confirm the reset.

### 3 - Check Your Email Inbox (and Spam/Junk Folder)

Look for an email from ${color}[#1c81ce](ahoy@savvy-navvy.com) with your secret code.

*Don't see it?* Check your spam or junk folder just in case.
*Still not seeing it? *Add ahoy@savvy-navvy.com to your safe sender list and request the code again ([here's a help article on how to do that](https://help.savvy-navvy.com/en/article/why-am-i-not-receiving-emails-from-savvy-navvy-18hpmev/))

### 4 - Enter the Code & Create a New Password

Back on the reset page in the app:
* Enter the **secret code** from the email
* Type in your **new password**
* Tap **Reset**

### 5 - A**ll set!** 🎉 

You can now log in using your new password.
