# Why am I not receiving emails from Savvy Navvy?

If you've tried requesting a new password via the [Forgot your password?](https://app.savvy-navvy.com/?p=fp) link, but no email has arrived to your inbox or junk/spam folder, the most probable reason would be, that our emails are being blocked by your provider.

|| For BT users

Go to your BT Mail settings. On the left you should see “Safe Senders”. In there you should add 'ahoy@savvy-navvy.com' and 'ivo@support.savvy-mail.com' to make sure our emails do not get sent to spam.

To add us to your whitelist contacts in your Yahoo email address, just create a new contact with 'ahoy@savvy-navvy.com' and 'ivo@support.savvy-mail.com'
