Exporting GPX files from Savvy Navvy is a premium feature available only on the Premium Plan in the US and Explore & Elite plans for the rest of world. Learn more about Savvy Plan Pricing here.

If you're using a Garmin, Raymarine, or other chartplotter that supports GPX files, you can easily transfer your Savvy Navvy route using our export feature.

Exporting Your Route as a GPX File

  1. Plot your route in the Savvy Navvy app.
  2. Tap More
  3. Tap Export

Where Your File Will Be Sent

  • On mobile: Choose where you'll save the gpx file on your mobile device
  • On desktop or laptop: The file will download directly to your browser’s usual Downloads folder.

Importing the GPX File to Your Chartplotter

Make sure your chartplotter supports .gpx files and has an import method such as:

  • SD card or USB stick
  • Wi-Fi or Bluetooth transfer
  • Companion app from your chartplotter’s manufacturer

Each device is different, so check your user manual for how to import GPX files.
