How to Cancel a Subscription Purchased on the Google Play Store

If you started your subscription through the Google Play Store, you’ll need to cancel it directly through Google.

Cancel your subscription

On Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
2. Tap your profile icon (top right)
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
4. Select your Savvy Navvy subscription
5. Tap Cancel subscription
6. Follow the steps to confirm

On desktop:

1. Go to: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
2. Sign in with your Google account
3. Find your Savvy Navvy subscription
4. Click Manage → Cancel subscription
5. Follow the steps to confirm

What happens after you cancel?

• Your subscription will stay active until the end of the current billing period
• You won’t be charged again after that
• You’ll still have access to your paid features until the expiry date

Important to know

• Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription
• If you don’t see your subscription, make sure you’re logged into the correct Google account
