How to Delete Your Savvy Navvy Account & Data

At Savvy Navvy, we respect your privacy and believe you should have full control over your personal data. You can delete your account and associated data yourself in the app, or contact us to do it for you.


Your Data Privacy Rights

As a Savvy Navvy user, you have the right to:


  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Object to the processing of your data for certain purposes
  • Request the erasure of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Withdraw consent for data processing, where applicable



How to Delete Your Savvy Navvy Account & Data


Option 1: Delete Your Account Yourself


  1. Open the Savvy Navvy app
  2. Go to Main Menu → Account
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account


⚠️ Important:


  • Cancel any active trial or subscription before deleting your account
  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone




Option 2: Ask Us to Delete Your Account or Data


If you prefer, you can email us at ahoy@savvy-navvy.com:


  • Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  • Include your full name and the email address or account number linked to your account
  • Specify if you want account deletion, data removal, or both
  • (Optional) Share any additional details to help us process your request quickly


We may ask for extra verification to keep your account secure. Processing times can vary depending on the request and any legal obligations we must follow.
