How to Request a Refund from the Apple App Store
If you subscribed to Savvy Navvy through the Apple App Store and need a refund — for example, due to an accidental purchase or change of plans — you’ll need to request it directly through Apple. Because Apple manages all billing and payments for App Store subscriptions, we’re unable to process refunds ourselves (as much as we’d love to help directly).
Before You Start:
- Apple’s policy: Refunds are usually considered within 90 days of purchase and for certain reasons only.
- Apple ID: Make sure you can log in to the Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Apple-only process: These steps apply only to subscriptions bought via the Apple App Store.
Steps to Request a Refund:
- Go to Apple’s refund page: [reportaproblem.apple.com]()
- Sign in with the Apple ID you used for your Savvy Navvy purchase.
- Find your purchase in the list and select it.
- Choose a reason for your request (e.g., “I didn’t intend to purchase this”).
- Add a brief explanation if prompted.
- Submit your request.
Apple will review your case and usually responds by email. They may request more details before making a decision.
