Why am I not receiving emails from Savvy Navvy?

If you've tried requesting a new password via the Forgot your password? link, but no email has arrived to your inbox or junk/spam folder, the most probable reason would be, that our emails are being blocked by your provider.


For BT users


Go to your BT Mail settings. On the left you should see “Safe Senders”. In there you should add 'ahoy@savvy-navvy.com' and 'ivo@support.savvy-mail.com' to make sure our emails do not get sent to spam.

For Yahoo users


To add us to your whitelist contacts in your Yahoo email address, just create a new contact with 'ahoy@savvy-navvy.com' and 'ivo@support.savvy-mail.com'

For Orange.FR users


To add our emails ('ahoy@savvy-navvy.com' and 'ivo@support.savvy-mail.com') to your Orange email account's green/allow list, please follow the instructions listed HERE



For Microsoft users (outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com)


To add our emails to your Microsoft email account's safe sender list, please follow the instructions listed HERE.
