Turning on wind data
Look for the wind icon
In short yes, savvy navvy shows you wind data in real-time!
When you log into our app you will see there are a number of icons on the right hand-side of your browser. Below the wind icon is circled, you can tell it is on as you can see the wind streams and the icon is blue.
If the icon is blue then you have turned on wind data and you will be able to see lines across your screen indicating the wind direction. If the icon is black however, then the wind feature has been turned off and the wind streams will no longer appear on your screen. Some people prefer not to see the wind direction all the time, when looking at the chart, so this is quite a useful feature!
You will see there are some other icons on the right of your screen. These also help you with further information such as your "blue dot" which indicates your position, just like on Google maps, as well as a zoom in and zoom out button. The blue dot location button is similar to the wind feature in that if it is blue then it is showing your current location and if it is black then it is turned off.
