Why am I not receiving a password recovery email?

If you've tried requesting a new password via the Forgot your password? link, but no email has arrived to your inbox or junk/spam folder, the most probable reason would be, that our emails are being blocked by your provider.
So far we've established, that BT Internet and Yahoo users are affected by this!
However, other users might experience this problem as well.

We suggest adding our email "ahoy@savvy-navvy.com" as a safe sender in your "settings" -> "safe senders" list and try requesting a password code again.

If you're still not receiving an email from us, contact us via the in-app chat, fill in the Contact form on our website or drop us an email at ahoy@savvy-navvy.com.
