You can click the black circle with the black dot in the middle (on the right hand side of your app). Does savvy navvy take into account marker buoys like cardinals?
For areas where we have secured the licenses with various hydrographic offices, you will be able to see marker buoys such as cardinals and channel markers on the chart via the web app. If we do not yet cover the area you are looking at, there won't be any buoys or depth contours and the water will just be white.
